My 12-plus girl sure is crazy about Korean pop culture at the moment..we call it K-pop here!
She listens to their songs in her I-Pod.
She watched Korean programmes (game shows, talk shows, concerts, music..whatever Korean!) on TV..amazingly our TV now has special Korean channel dedicated to all things Korean!
She influenced her siblings to eat noodles with chopsticks the way the Koreans do.
She starts to self-learn Korean language from internet. (She even wrote in Korean for my birthday card!)
She fights with little Najla over some handsome boy of the pop band! (Najla is only 4-plus..just imagine 20 years down the road!)
And this is a peek in her room..
 |
| She sleeps with the boys every night...the pillow is a treasured gift by her aunt MakLong Filzah. |
 |
| She used her own pocket money for this one! |
 |
| (Did she remember I told her I had a Michael Jackson scrapbook when I was her age?) |
 |
| She spotted a mag store in town who keeps this special key-chains |
 |
| This is her must-have item every month! |
